End-User Computing

This qualification equips students with foundational skills and knowledge in end-user computing, enabling them to efficiently operate computer systems and software applications in a workplace environment. Learners will develop competence in using productivity software, managing digital information, and performing routine IT tasks. Emphasis is placed on practical application, workplace readiness, problem-solving, and professional communication, ensuring graduates can contribute effectively to administrative, business, and IT-support functions.

Operate computer systems and manage digital devices effectively in a workplace environment.
Use productivity software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools, to perform work tasks.
Manage and organise digital information securely and efficiently.
Communicate professionally using email, calendar, and other digital communication tools.
Perform routine IT tasks, including data entry, file management, and basic troubleshooting.
Apply workplace ethics, occupational health and safety, and professional conduct in IT and administrative tasks.
