Registration is only valid once all required documentation has been submitted and approved.
Acceptance into a programme is subject to meeting the minimum academic and administrative requirements. The institution reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration if false or misleading information is provided.

2. Fees & Payments
All students are responsible for the full payment of tuition fees for the registered academic period.
Fees may include tuition, textbooks, registration, and other compulsory charges as communicated by the institution. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of academic access, assessments, or results.

3. Student Loans & Funding
Approval of a student loan or third-party funding does not release the student from responsibility until payment is received by the institution. Students remain liable for outstanding balances should a funding body decline, delay, or cancel payment. The institution is not responsible for decisions made by funding providers.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing within the prescribed cancellation period.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in line with the institution’s refund policy and may exclude registration or administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or once studies have commenced, unless otherwise stated in policy.

5. Academic Rules & Progression
Students are required to attend classes, submit assessments, and meet academic standards as outlined in the programme guide. Progression to the next academic level is subject to successful completion of the current level. The institution reserves the right to amend academic schedules, delivery modes, or curricula where necessary.

6. Assessments & Certification
Diplomas, Certificates, or statements of results will only be issued once all academic and financial obligations are met. Outstanding fees may result in the withholding of results or qualifications.

7. Student Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with institutional rules. Misconduct, dishonesty, or disruptive behaviour may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion. Damage to institutional property may result in financial liability.

8. Use of Institutional Resources

Unauthorised copying, sharing, or misuse of materials is prohibited.

9. Personal Information & Data
