facilities. They provide essential support to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals by
ensuring that medical offices run smoothly and efficiently. This qualification focuses on
developing skills in medical office administration, communication, and patient coordination.
Students gain knowledge in medical terminology, billing and coding procedures, and medical
record management. Competence in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and
transcription software is also developed to prepare students for the modern healthcare
