Water & Wastewater Process Control Supervision

This qualification is designed for individuals responsible for supervising the operation of water and
wastewater treatment processes. It is suitable for those who oversee individual processes as well as
coordinate all operational activities across the plant during a shift to ensure the facility functions
effectively as an integrated system.
students will be equipped to work independently in a supervisory role while ensuring that all plant
activities comply with Health and Safety Regulations and relevant national legislation.

1. Demonstrate knowledge of hydraulics, valves, pumps, and motors
2. Demonstrate understanding of national laws, regulations, and guidelines related to water and wastewater treatment
3. Supervise, lead, and support a team effectively
4. Produce water or final effluent that meets required quality standards
